Customer Satisfaction Survey 2008
As part of Anderson Baillie’s continued improvement programme and the
commitment to our Customer Charter, we would appreciate your support and participation
in our customer satisfaction survey.
The purpose of this survey is to measure our level of services and the provision
of excellence across our core service offerings and individual point solutions.
It is our intention to research customer satisfaction bi annually every year.
The results of this survey will remain confidential and are made visible only
to the Managing Director, Andrew Baillie.
